Licensing Options

Visual Bounty offers a wide range of images with flexible licensing options to suit different needs. Below is a breakdown of each image type and its permitted uses:

1. Free AI Art and Free Images

  • Price: Free
  • Usage: Can be used for personal and educational purposes.
  • Restrictions: Not permitted for commercial use. A Commercial License must be purchased to use these images commercially.

2. AI Art

  • Price: $3 per image
  • Usage: Suitable for personal and educational purposes.
  • Restrictions: Not permitted for commercial use without a Commercial License.

3. Tier One Images

  • Price: $5 per image
  • Usage: Ideal for personal projects and educational use.
  • Restrictions: Not permitted for commercial use without purchasing a Commercial License.

4. Tier Two Images

  • Price: $10 per image
  • Usage: Can be used for broader personal and educational projects.
  • Restrictions: Not permitted for commercial use. A Commercial License is required for any commercial application.

5. Tier Three Images

  • Price: $15 per image
  • Usage: Suitable for extensive personal and educational purposes.
  • Restrictions: Not allowed for commercial use without a Commercial License.

Commercial License

Price: $40 per image
Usage:

  • Covers all commercial uses for any image, including Free AI Art, Free Images, AI Art, and images from Tiers One, Two, and Three.
  • Suitable for mass production, on-demand products, advertising, unlimited print runs, and other commercial purposes without limitations.

Benefits:

  • Unlimited use across all projects and media types.
  • No restrictions on copies, impressions, or distribution channels, providing complete flexibility for all commercial applications.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. Attribution: Not required for paid images or with a Commercial License. Attribution is appreciated for free images used in personal and educational contexts.

  2. Prohibited Uses:

    • Images without a Commercial License cannot be used for commercial purposes, including mass production or resale as standalone products.

  3. License Revocation:

    • Visual Bounty reserves the right to revoke licenses in cases of misuse or violation of terms.

  4. Modification of Licenses:

    • Visual Bounty may modify license terms at any time; changes will not affect existing agreements.
