By accessing and using Visual Bounty ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Visual Bounty's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

When you purchase a license for images on Visual Bounty, you receive specific usage rights based on the license type purchased:

Standard License

Permits commercial and non-commercial digital and print use up to 500,000 impressions. Attribution is optional. The licensed image file cannot be resold or redistributed, and the image cannot be used on products offered for resale under this license.

Extended License

Permits commercial use, including physical merchandise production, without attribution required.

Exclusive License

Grants exclusive rights to use the image. The image will no longer be available for purchase by others.

4. Disclaimer

The materials on Visual Bounty's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Visual Bounty makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Visual Bounty or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Visual Bounty's website, even if Visual Bounty or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Visual Bounty's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Visual Bounty does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Visual Bounty may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

7. Links

Visual Bounty has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Visual Bounty of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visual Bounty operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

11. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Base44 Payments and its payment partners. By making a purchase, you authorize Visual Bounty and its payment partners to charge your payment method. Digital sales are final after the licensed file has been downloaded. Billing errors, inaccessible files, and exceptional requests may be submitted to hello@visualbounty.com for review.
