Digital Product Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital images, graphics, and other downloadable content on Visual Bounty are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase is completed. By purchasing a digital product, you agree that the download and use of our products are non-refundable.

Exceptions

If you experience any technical difficulties or receive a corrupted file, please contact us at hello@visualbounty.com within 7 days of purchase. We will make every effort to provide a replacement file or assist you in accessing your download.

License and Usage Policy

All digital products purchased from Visual Bounty are licensed to the buyer and not sold. The license grants the buyer certain rights to use the product as described in the licensing terms displayed on each product page. Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or distribution of our digital products is strictly prohibited.

Delivery of Digital Products
