What is Visual Bounty?
Visual Bounty is a curated collection of high-resolution digital images, including photographs, patterns, textures, illustrations, digital art, and design elements. The collection is designed for creatives, designers, and professionals who need versatile, high-quality visual resources for personal or commercial projects.
How do I purchase and download an image?
- Browse the collection and select an image.
- Choose a license (Personal, Commercial, or Extended Commercial).
- Complete checkout, and your file will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
If you haven’t received your file, check your spam folder or email hello@visualbounty.com for assistance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your file, contact us at hello@visualbounty.com, and we will work to resolve it.

File Formats and Licensing
What types of files will I receive?
Most images are provided in high-resolution raster (JPG or PNG) or vector (AI, EPS, PDF) formats.

What types of licenses are available?
We offer three licensing options:
- Personal License – For personal, educational, or non-commercial use, including blogs, social media, and educational projects. Included with all free and paid images.
- Commercial License – For small-scale commercial use, such as marketing materials, product packaging, and business branding. Covers up to 1,000 impressions or sales. Additional fee applies.
- Extended Commercial License – For large-scale or unlimited commercial use, including advertising campaigns, large product runs, and major publications. Additional fee applies.
Can I use free images for commercial projects?
No. Free images are for personal and educational use only. If you need them for commercial use, purchase a Commercial or Extended Commercial License.
Can I modify an image for my project?
Yes. You can make modifications to fit your needs, such as cropping, color adjustments, or incorporating images into your designs. However, the modified image cannot be resold or redistributed as a standalone asset.
Can I use a Commercial License image in a logo?
Yes, but only for small business branding with a limit of 1,000 copies. If your brand requires unlimited reproduction, you need the Extended Commercial License.

Print Services
Can I order prints of an image?
Yes. We offer archival-quality printing on various materials.
- Fine Art Prints (Giclée Prints) – Museum-quality prints on archival cotton rag paper, ideal for framing and gallery displays.
- Canvas Prints – Premium stretched or rolled canvas for a painterly texture.
- Wallpaper and Large Format Prints – Custom wall coverings available in matte, textured, or fiber-based finishes.
- Eco-Friendly Fabric Prints – Available in organic cotton, linen-cotton blends, and hemp textiles.
How do I order a print?

- We will discuss size, material, and pricing.
- Once confirmed, you will receive an invoice.
- Production takes 5 to 7 business days, followed by shipping.
Do you offer custom print requests?
Yes. We can print on wood, acrylic, and other specialty surfaces upon request. Contact us for custom quotes.

Can I customize an image?
Yes. We offer design services to modify images according to your needs.
What customization options do you offer?
- Resize or Crop – Adjust image dimensions for specific formats.

- Format Conversion – Convert between JPG, PNG, TIFF, AI, EPS, and PDF formats.
- Layered File Requests – Select images may be available in PSD or AI format.

How do I request a customization?

Subscription Plans
What subscription plans do you offer?
We offer monthly and annual subscription options to provide ongoing access to premium assets.
- Basic Plan – $20 per month, includes 5 downloads
- Premium Plan – $50 per month, includes 15 downloads
- Deluxe Plan – $100 per month, includes 30 downloads
Unused downloads roll over for up to 3 months. Subscribers also get early access to new collections and exclusive discounts.
What is included in a subscription?

- Seamless downloads through our subscription platform.
How does licensing work for subscribers?
Subscribers receive the Standard Commercial License, allowing use for personal and commercial projects. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, unused downloads do not roll over beyond three months.
